IMO loseing weight is not some thing too difficult to do if you do the exercises regularly and don't ever eat the fast food. Unfortunately, this seems to hard for many people.

[...] Their locations in Tamarac and Delray Beach were already the must-visit locations for a variety of well-known local afrobellas, including hostess with the mostess Ingrid B, gorgeous 99 Jamz DJs Supa Cindy and K/ Foxx — early Afrobella readers might remember my interview with her. K. Foxx told me about NTS back then, and I finally got around to visiting a whole year later. And finally, I’m writing about it two months after visiting the place. Jeez, I am such a slacker.
[...] She’s found a new salon, and I’ll probably give that a shot when I go home for Christmas. But since I went natural, I can count the number of times I’ve been to a hairdresser on one hand. The last time, I spent like $250 at an Aveda salon and came out frustrated and unhappy. I decided to just do my own damn hair. All I need is a deep conditioning treatment, I occasionally trim my ends. K. Foxx told me about a great salon, Natural Trendsetters, and I was contemplating getting two-strand twists (I have never had braids, or twists, or a weave before. All I’ve ever done was relax and color). I still plan on giving them a shot, but I live way down south, and this salon is in Fort Lauderdale, and I believe it’s the kind of place that requires an appointment way in advance. At this point, I’m planning on a January 2007 appointment for twists. But I haven’t made a phone call yet. [...]

I listen to her show and have seen her in public. You can feel her positive energy coming over the airwaves big time. When I saw her in public I had no idea how beautiful she really is. As a positive brother myself,no doubt we need more sisters like her on the air and in the general entertainment industry. Keep doing "YOU" K.Foxx!

I enjoyed the read on K.Foxx and yes, she adds balance because I'm not into all that screaming through the speakers. I enjoyed the other articles too. Be blessed and keep on the journey.

Thanks for the info, Bella. We have WBLS, Hot 97, Power, etc. over here. Our female radio personalities are over the top and I have a love/hate relationship with them all, but at the end of the day I understand its their JOB to obtain and keep their crown.
