I have not see any CFC episodes lately, so i missed the song, which is beautiful. I’m assuming she sung it on the show. Maybe I’ll catch it today.
In the song posted, Angie sung of befores and afters. I really feeling that line.

yeah, i noticed since the beginning that her hair was wigs. i’m still tryin to figure out if Leela James is a weave/wig as well cuz that blow dry afro is damaging to one’s hair

if u see angies “black brotha” vid, thats TOTALLY a weave stacked up!

on her last vid with snoop dog, her hair was pressed and long (weave of course)

I’ve never worn a wig, or had a weave. I am pretty naive when it comes to spotting fake hair, I guess! Angie’s fro totally convinced me, though – I didn’t REALLY catch on until she switched from straight to curly for a concert in one of the last episodes. Then I felt so silly for never realizing.

Please nobody tell me that Jill Scott’s hair is a wig, that will break my heart.

I don’t recall a time that Angie wore her natural hair. Most of the Afros/Braid styles were extentions from what I could see. I am also glad she changed her tune on CFC. I was yelling at her from my bedroom.
