I started using his Scar Cream several months ago. I had had a brown spot removed from my neck by a dermatologist and it didn’t ever fade after it healed. Giving the area plenty of time to fade on it’s own, I started using the Dr Max Powers Scar treatment every day and noticed a difference in about 3 weeks.

It takes only a very small amount so I still have the original tube and it’s still half full. I use it every morning under my moisterizer and every night right before applying my night moisterizer. Now no one can see the spot but me.

Got my Triluma tube 3 weeks ago , i noticed my spots fading within the first week, there was a bit of peeling and my skin did become sensitive . But it’s well worth it coz my dark spots are nearly gone. One other thing is that my skin has started to lighten around the area i applied the cream, and i have patchy lighter skin… not sooo pretty but am still happy with the cream coz god knows i’ve tried everything to get rid of my acne scars.

One last thing u really have to use a strong sunblock while using triluma. On the whole i would buy this cream again despite all the peeling, the patchy parts and the expense

My question is to those of you who use a combination of Tri-Luma and Retin-A….wouldn’t that be overdosing? Tretinoin is IN Tri-Luma and it’s the same as Retin-A. So, why the combination?
