I agree, Miss Grant is simply amazing just like her products, I just can't say enough good things about them. I truly wish that I will be able to carry her products accross the pond (in Canada) one day. Her products are truly unique and need to be discovered worldwide.

[...] Meeting Carol’s Daughter, my first attempt at interviewing someone for my brand new beauty blog. Lisa Price was cool as they come, and very receptive to an eager kinda-journalist who just wanted to hang out and observe the action for hours. I admired Mary from afar, learned that stars really are just like us, met a legion of Carol’s Daughter fans, and had my first encounter with Hair Milk. The whole experience made me feel optimistic for Afrobella’s future. And it was the beginning of some cool interviews with some of my hair and makeup icons — like Billy B, Titi Branch, Mahisha Dellinger, and Anita Grant. [...]

[...] It also sounds to me like Esther needs more deep conditioning treatments for her dry hair, and a little bit of inspiration so she will begin to realize that her natural hair is just as beautiful as the straight hair of her school friends. You seem interested in trying natural recipes, so I’d advise you to first check out Motown Girl’s awesome recipes, then visit Anita Grant’s fantastic blog, The Life of a Mixtress. She breaks down ingredients and offers fabulous all-natural hair and skin care solutions involving honey, sugar, natural fruit oils, and stuff like that. On her old blog, Ingredient Junkie, she has great nourishing, moisturizing hair recipes involving Irish Moss (which some Caribbean people also know and love as Sea Moss). Did you try the olive oil treatment yet? Please write back and let me know what natural hair remedies you have tried. [...]

Congratulations Anita, you go gurl.

You truly deserve to be recognized. I just ordered some of her hair goodies 2 days ago and the anticipation is killing me. I have just began to transition from relaxed to natural and I pray that these are the only products that I will need.

Bella and Anita, keep up the good work.

Many blessings....
