I would try a cream or liquid to powder shadow, you can control the intensity by applying it with your fingers. One of my favorites is Clinique’s Quick Eyes. It’s really creamy and you can apply it straight from the tube if you want to. But my favorite way to use it is to dab a little on my fingertip and blend it onto my eyelids.

Question:

Although I love golds, greens, and browns, with my big red fro I feel like eyeshadow pigments make me look too dramatic– ESPECIALLY with my bone structure. Does anyone have suggestions on how to wear colors that show, but still looked toned down?

I LOVE Makeup For Ever’s new HD line, especially the silica powder and the primers!!

The HD foundation is something that I will definitely try. Initially , I was reluctant about the green eyeshadow ( I wore that back in the 70′s) but now…maybe – LOL

I started using HD foundation a few months ago. Let me just say it ROCKS!. I was a MAC person for years and then tried a few other products Bobby Brown etc. I popped into Sephora one day and the lady took one look at me and say “Try this, I know you’ll love it” She was right. I highly recommend it
