I forgot to add that I was so excited about the doll (as she has my same hair style and I happened to have on a long sleeve black jersey dress) that I went up to a total stranger in the parking lot and showed him the doll. He said “Oh, I thought u were gonna show me a badge” – he was selling bootleg dvd’s – LOL!

That is one beautiful doll – so beautiful that I bought the doll, (first Barbie I ever bought) to add to the collection my brother in law has started for my daughter, but decided to keep her for myself. I guess I have to buy another one for her. Now if I could just get those Louboutin Barbie boots for her.

I have seen these dolls in the store and I thought that this one in particular was beautiful. As I stood in the check out line a lady with relaxed hair went on and on about how ugly this doll was and was so negative. I wanted to set her straight so badly, but obviously she was too ignorant to appreciate anything I had to say about natural african beauty!
