I love to use Coconut oil on my skin and hair and I try to keep it simple and definitely natural!! I also drink a lot of water! I also use all natural products on my kids hair and skin!

When washing my face I do not rub in downward direction. I always wipe going up! As far as products go a moisturizer with spf is the best way to go. Ambi is good. I like face masks and exfoliating to reduce wrinkles and blemishes.

You know I have been using the exfoliating shower gloves for years. They feel great and I have always gotten compliments from random people about how baby soft my skin it. Those gloves work. I have also started using salt scrubs about once a week.

** forgot to add** eats loads of green leafy vegatables and keep meat intake to a minimum ( 1-2 times a week) and exercise- even if its just walking. Mom would never purchase a car- she walked and took metro- she said it was her form of daily excerise.
