She was of course amazing, but I think I liked her at the Chicago Theater better. I’ve seen her wearing those amazing earrings for a while now and always thought that they were really thin metal, but they actually are leather and are very beautiful up close! She has such an amazing spirit, it was great to finally meet her in person

I must comment on this, being a die-hard Erykah fan myself. (so, this might be slightly bias, lol) I think the performance was sensational. She definitely brought the funk and gave us a bit of everything that is essentially her: funky, different, unpredictable, intense, fun and musically intelligent. For me, there was never a dull moment.
Her style was beautiful and again, unpredictable. One of my favorite traits about Erykah is her ability to keep her fans guessing. Her dress was so pretty! Those arm cuffs? Love ‘em!
Her hair was actually not a surprise for me since she TwitPic’d a picture of it the day before. I’d forgotten about it until she came out on stage.
I loved it! (In case you hadn’t noticed) :)
