My routine is simple and cheap: I exfoliate with a file every few days in the shower, slather on vaseline and sleep in socks. If my feet get too rough for my liking I’ll use an exfoliating lotion like AmLactin for a few nights. It smells like ammonia for a few minutes, but it works!

My feet got so dry during last winter my skin cracked and was so painful. He told me to use vaseline and I was like he is not serious. I still do not believe that will do. I will be ex-foliating more now
