Hi Bella, I have an idea why a giveaway with an alcoholic bev may have had to be changed…and honestly, a free gift, is a free gift! so, thank you! The only thing is I haven’t received the gift card yet. I know I replied a few days late and was wondering if maybe that’s why or if my email w/my address went to your junk mail box like your emails did. I don’t want to be a pest but I know you wanted us to report back w/a review of the product or just let you know when they arrived.

I’m planning sprucing up my washroom decor with the prize. I’ll send you a pic when it’s complete! ) Thank you, again.

Wendolyn, wow. Where do I begin?

– winners are chosen depending on the contest. Most often, it’s at random which I say in each post. And in those cases I use a name randomizer.

– Giveaway # 5 WAS NOT THE HUETIFUL STEAMER. In fact if you go to the home page and scroll up, you’d see the winners of the Huetiful Steamer are announced above.

– The value of giveaway #5 was $28. So this AMEX card is more than twice the value of the prize. Thus far the winners who have been contacted, have responded quite happily.

– it has been hard work done for the love of my readers, hosting these 12 days of giveaways. I came up with this concept to share gifts with those who read and enjoy my blog. To then be left a nasty comment with an accusatory tone, is quite distasteful indeed.

How do you determine who will win? What is your process exactly? Its very disapointing to name a prize and not give it out…that is fraud and very suspicious. You should atleast make the prize equal the cost of the steamers which is much more than fifty dollars.
