She is so lovely to speak to and has some of the best customer service I have experienced from a company. Love her products. Not bought anything for ages so now I think I will revisit as my hair still thirst for moisture. I love the fact she is based in the UK, it suits me very well and makes her products that more affordable to me. A revisit is definitely in need this year! So happy for all her success she deserves it
