He really didn’t do a bad job for someone trying to do something he’s never done before from memory. The color pairing issue probably has more to do with him being a man (e.g. they’re all [color name] vs. being shades from a [color name] family) than anything else.

I don’t think my bf could do this because A. he always says I don’t need makeup and B. letting him paint my toes didn’t turn out so well.
