I also use gingerfruit cream by tirzahs body scents. It has grapeseed, avocado and shea butter. helps my skin remain soft and looking nourished during the winter months. I live in New England and it's solid at room temp but melts quickly in your hands. Coconut oil leaves my skin hydrated without greasiness. It's also been wonderful on my face and hair. I suffered sun burn in the Caribbean and coconut oil has heelped combat the peeling. Also I agree that drinking a lot of plain water is first and foremost.
