My relationship with Jesus Christ. He is my source of strength. When I am weak, in Him I am strong. He has given me the spirit of love, power and a sound mind – through Him not only am I powerful, I am also fearfully and wonderfully made.

Your testimony is a reflection of what we see in the present. Lovely words. It reminds me of my own thoughts, feelings, experiences, fears, and accomplishments. If I only knew then what I know now!!!! The beautiful thing is that if I had known I wouldnt be who I am today so I am greatful for all of it. It’s the changing of attitude that I think was my hardest challenge but that to was a beautiful journey in itself. Growth is power. Thanks for making me revisit mine.

Very inspiring post! I think what makes me “pretty powerful” is my tenacity. That drive to get back up,no matter how many times life knocks me down. And using all of those experiences to be a better person going forward.

This is such an inspiring post. I too wish I could go back and talk to the teenage me. I always remember the words of my Dad, “If I only knew then, what I know now”.

I believe my power lies in the combination of my life experiences (many peaks and just as many valleys) and my resilience throughout, all the while not allowing prior baggage to dictate my present nor navigate my future. Thank you for this bit of inspiration.
