Nothing beats a sexy pair of shoes! I try to hunt for quality pieces at affordable prices but sometimes you have to spend a bit more if you find a classic piece that’s worth the investment.

I completely agree with you on the frankenstein hooker shoe phenomenon that won’t die To me it is not a sexy look especially watching women walk in them and they are so not appropriate in some workplaces.

I will also spend more money and select more classic styles for my black and brown heeled shoes. They get more wear and will last longer if they are well made and not a fad. It will be well worth the cost over time. That is not to say I spend $600 on a pair of shoes. I’m still looking for a sale too

I love shoes. I have my heel moments, and then i have my flats only moments. I need to start investing in shoes but of course my taste & my wallet aren’t functioning on the same wave length. I must say for many years I did not discriminate when it came to shoes…I LOVED them all, and thought quantity was way more important than quality. Now that I’m older I appreciate the opposite and certainly look for classic styles and quality more so than quantity. Now my hunt focuses on sales at Neiman Marcus, Saks, and Bloomies. Nothing beats a great pair of shoes; well unless we’re talking handbags

Love, love, love me some shoes. DSW is my fave place to find designers @ affordable prices with Marshalls & Tjmaxx a close second. I save money to indulge my obsession each season so I can get the fly, trendy shoes as well as the classics that I know will last a while. Can’t go wrong with a classic: I have a 9 year old pair of Jimmy Choo’s that people still ask me where I got them from.

I love gorgeous shoes but often it’s hard for me to obtain the flyest shoes because I have such a large foot (11/12). I’m not willing to sacrifice the health of my foot for the style on it. So I try to get the cutest shoe possible and just draw more attention upwards. I would love if there was an affordable yet stylish line for women with larger sized feet, but alas, that is our lot.

Hey, this is my most favorite fashion topic…. I really love shoes, from high heeled pumps to sandals to flats. I have a recent obsession with printed and colorful shoes. In the past I mostly bought black and brown but I’ve now become obsessed with different colors, turquois, purple, coral, red…. I love shoes!!!!!

I’m ‘French Woman’ classic in style so I’m looking for well-made shoes that are timeless, classic in style and comfortable. I don’t like the idea of disposable apparel, which is what I tend to find at discount stores. However, I scored a well-priced pair of Manolos at Nordstrom rack a couple of years ago, so I tend to look out for designer shoes there.

That said, I will be so glad when we get past this ‘hooker heel’ phase that’s been going on. I have seen some of the ugliest shoes around these past few years, and no can convince me that they’re comfortable, especially when you look at the wonky gait that most women have while walking in them. Personally, I think only drag queens can step in those things and make em’ look good!
