When you get people to talk about mental health issues among people more often, it will help us to overcome our fears. Thank you for this great initiative. The idea of taking away the stigma of mental illness and putting it out in the open will encourage people to seek help and also feel a sense of community with other people that have the same mental illness. Mental illness has been kept in the dark long enough—everything gets better once you bring it out into the light and own and deal with it. Kudos to Bassey. I learned so much from this post.
