So I just got my regular Carol’s Daughter e mail, and apparently Lisa Price, Jada Pinkett-Smith, and Mary J. Blige will all be touting Carol’s Daughter stuff on the Tyra Banks show this Friday, November 10.

I hope that Mary (and not Jada) does a musical performance! I’m crossing my fingers for “Take Me As I Am.” That’s my jam!

Set your Tivos and DVR’s if you’re Carol’s Daughter curious – apparently there will be some kind of special offer available on!

I was wondering about this product I keep reading but I am curious to know if anyone has used it and does it really work. And does it work for guys?

Hi Carlos! I've done reviews for Carol's Daughter products in the past. Bella Con Leche: features Hair Milk and Black Vanilla Leave In. Treat Your Tresses: includes a review of Lisa's Hair Elixir And finally, Khoret Amen Is Not For Me: Check them out. And I am sure the products would work well for guys with naturally curly hair as well. Hey, you might even like the smell of Khoret Amen, I think it's more masculine than feminine.

We finally tried Carol's Daughter's hair milk on my son's hair, and it does a great job. If I had one complaint it's that there is a hint of a perfume smell. Most people probably wouldn't care/notice, but I'm sensitive to it. It's not enough that we will stop using it. -Jason

Hey Bella Sis! All 4 sisters look fab! I'll catch this on You Tube. I'm going to purchase some Carol's Daughter products within the week. I'll come back and tell you if I like them.

Thanks Bella! It's such a hassle trying to find a brand to trust. I have naturally curly hair so I will check out your reviews. I was looking for something that would encourage my hair to grow. I am trying to grow it out despite the chagrin that many people think I will look ignorant. My problem is that I can never find anything that moisturizes my hair. I have tried a number of products and my hair just sucks up whatever I put in it. Am I doing something wrong or should my hair look dry?

I'd give them a try. I've tested several of the products. Most I didn't care for, a few were ok but not really worth the price and shipping. Get one of the sample sets -- I think that Saturday morning hair set is a good start

I know Jada is supposed to have a group, but has anyone heard her sing? Wonder what she sounds like?

I co-sign with you rkj on the Saturday Morning Hair set being a great start. That was the first thing I ordered and I'm still using it. The Hair Milk and Mimosa Hair Honey do nothing for my hair but my dear friend loves them so I gave them to her. I do love CD's leave in's they leave a light, lingering scent in your hair. The shipping is a bit slow and expensive but they sell CD's products in Sephora now and I work two blocks from the downtown SF store so its on! Everyone do try their products, they are great quality and yummy to smell. Gotta support Lisa Price, making the world a better smelling place.. Go Afrobella! Great post.

Hey Gr8face! I guess I should have bolded that link... if you click on the words "not Jada" in my post below, it's a link to Wicked Wisdom's MySpace page where you can enjoy her um... vocal stylings. Enjoy!

D, girl I've been wondering the same thing!! It's a bit strange to see women with relaxed or weaved in hair representing a company that touts natural beauty. Hair Milk and Lisa's Elixir ain't gonna do a damn thing for that mane Tyra's rocking.

I have been a customer at Carol's Daughter for about 2 years. I love the hair butter and hair balm. I placed an order with them on October 8th and still haven't received it. I am on my third call to customer service as I type this. Last Friday they told me that they would overnight it and it would get here two days ago. I've been on hold for 15 minutes. Let's see what happens. Patience is a virtue.

I've tried some Carol's Daughter products and I especially LOVE their body butters! I'm very ashy...especially in the winter....but after using the butters after I take a shower in the morning, I come home in the evenings and still no itch! For my hair, I've tried the Khoret Amen Hair Smoothie and my it left my dry...dry...permed hair...really moisturized....a bit too moisturised. It felt like I greased it.....After a day, it was great!

Lisa's hair is the bomb! Tyra is so goofy and ADD. But I really loved watching Mary and Jada interact, they seem like fun.

Hello all - I actually like the products - I use the body products more than the hair products, the body butters and shea souffles are AWESOME. We actually started carrying this line in our store and people really like. I was also surprised by the amount of people that had never heard of it before. My husband likes the mimosa hair honey, and we use it on our kids.
