Zahara On The Town

by afrobella

Oh, and she brought her parents too! Photos courtesy of Oh No They Didn’t.

Zahara and the rest of the Jolie-Pitt family went to see Mary Poppins on Broadway. I couldn’t help but notice that Baby Z — excuse me, little mama is five years old now! — Zahara has more noticeable curl definition, her hair looks moisturized and shines in the light, and the purple barrette is setting it all off just right. Tres adorable!

Will this photo help to silence the Zahara hair police? Only time will tell. What do you think of Miss Z’s new ‘do? I think she’s kicking off 2010 in style!

I love her hair. It reminds me of my daughter’s hair at that age! Super curly and tight!! Z is such a cute little girl, too!

I guess the real issue would be the hair of her dad, Brad and that beard. OMG!!!

On the real though, I just hope they are not just showboating this child (and the other adoptions) because of her ethnicity. I mean I’m not totally for this, Tarzan mentality.

It’s hard to see her hair in that photo. Maybe the “hair police” had a positive effect? (Not that I could see her hair in the previous photos.)

She’s always looked perfectly adorable to me.

I think this shows that they ” do” her hair, my guess is she likes to play and mess it up with family fun and her parents are not really hung up on constant hair grooming ( please notice Brad’s beard)

Also her hair is getting longer. I always thought she was adorable and saw nothing wrong with her hair. Now Papa Brad, what up with that beard honey? LOL

I am constantly amazed at how beautiful this little girl is. People need to leave her parents alone about her hair….she’s just a kid. She’ll have plenty of time to have issues about her hair when she gets older.

i never saw anything wrong with her hair before. it was obvious they were combing it because it was always moisturized and never matted. Sometimes people need to let kids be kids. I’m not chasing behind my daughter everytime a piece of hair comes out of a ponytail or her edges aren’t slicked back. i think the hair police needs to police someone else.

She is always so cute, no matter what her hairstyle. Her hair does look particularly well-moisturized here.

Maybe the hair police can shift their focus to something else now. Perhaps her daddy’s beard.

The Jolie-Pitts have been know to praise Carol from Carol’s Daughter for ther hair milk. Hense the curl and shine.

Oh, the hair police will always have something to say.

Is Brad auditioning for a spot with ZZ Top?

LOL @ the ZZ Top reference…

Her hair always looked fine to me. I’m liking the purple barrette!

As the official president of the hair police–I love Z’s hair. It looks cared for–which was all I ever wanted. Contrary to popular opinion on this blog—I love natural hair and will love it if Angelina and Brad keep beautiful Z’s hair natural and well conditioned as long as she wants. My only point was that as the only little brown girl in the family, she will have her own share of issues with how she looks and I want her parents to be aware of that early on. She’s constantly in the public eye and whether right or wrong—people will comment. She’s an angel of a little girl who deserves all the love and attention she can get. Team Zahara all the way!!!

She’s even starting to look like her mother!!! Water always takes the shape of its vessel. 🙂 Brad looks a hot mess, though.

I have no problem with the adoption of little brown sisters but please do their hair. Ok now could you please get with Seal and Heidi Klum those kids need a serious hair doctor. That brother knows better.

Sjay – that child is not starting to look like her mother…pls

YAY! finally they did something with this child’s head. there is nothing wrong with natural hair but she was looking so unkempt. it’s not cool for children to walk around like that — black girls have enough issues with hair, and unlike her siblings, Zahara’s hair isn’t wash-n-go.

Zahara looks great! I’ve always thought she was adorable even before the hair police. but I still need to know why a 5 year old is being carried all time time! Let that child WALK. 🙂

I never thought she looked unkempt, she’s a little girl they get their hair messed up. It looks especially nice here though. On another note, does anyone else think Zahara kinda looks like Angelina?? Maybe its just me
