The new package from Glam’s Beauty Board included a little of everything this time around.
Yes, I’m on the Glam Beauty Board and I’m here to break down the awesome products within this month’s package for you! Let’s get all the way into it, shall we? I’ll tell you the products I got, the products I’ve tried thus far and the products I love the most!
This month’s package included awesome items by brands I know well and adore, like Too Faced, philosophy, China Glaze, Almay, Physician’s Formula, Bare Escentuals and Burt’s Bees. It also included brands I’m less familiar with, like Vichy, Goldfaden, Umberto Beverly Hills and Susan Posnick. There were a few classic products to get reacquainted with, and a few I hadn’t heard about but was eager to become familiar with.
First up, philosophy. I’ve been a fan of their skincare and body washes in the past, but was less familiar with their perfumes. Living Grace is their latest fragrance and it is fresh, clean, and lovely – it makes me feel like I’m entering a spa. Calming and serene. And Full of Promise is a restoring, anti-aging moisturizer – the kind of quality cream I need to start using on my neck and décolleté ASAP. I love the consistency of it. Rich and nourishing without being too heavy.
Too Faced has become one of my favorite makeup brands, and Glam Beauty Board sent me an items of theirs I hadn’t yet tried – their new Glamour to Go palette includes 8 shadows, a bronzer, a blush and a gloss. So perfect for travel, so cute for a Christmas stocking!
I’ve been a fan of Bare Escentuals Buxom mascara in the past, and I still like it – it’s a buildable mascara with good-for-you, vitamin enriched ingredients. I use this as a bottom lash mascara and for definition on my top lashes.
How do I love China Glaze? Let me count the ways! They’re one of my absolute favorite nail brands, always coming with fresh new colors and finishes.
These are from the Puttin’ On The Glitz holiday collection. The red is called With Love, and the glitter is called Pizazz. You know I’m all about the glitter, and this is fab for the holiday season!
There are so many other products in the box that I look forward to truly trying and reviewing – that Burt’s Bees hand cream will be essential for winter, and the Susan Posnick lipstick in London is the kind of divine wine color I SWOON for.
