As you mentioned on your video blog, rest, meditation, water, exercise, removing stress, and “beauty is as beauty does” are all part of the recipe for staying and looking healthy and happy. I truly know and believe that healthy + happy = beautiful. I’ll be 42 years old this year, and life lessons have taught me that you can’t truly care for and love others if you don’t take some time to care for and love your self. Being able to do both is a beautiful life. I give back to myself with yoga, eating well, laughing, dancing, taking walks, long baths, and being mindful of the people and all the little things in life that make me smile. I don’t follow a strict regimen; I just try and listen to my mind, body, and spirit. I also practice patience with myself when I get off balance in any area of my life. I’ve used the Olay Complete lotion for sensitive skin with excellent results, and I’d love to be introduced to the other Olay products with this great gift give away. Like you, I relocated from my home base (Atlanta) to the Midwest (West Lafayette, Indiana) for a new job. As I approach the one-year anniversary of my big move, I’ve been REALLY feeling the need to have a spa getaway to restore myself. My new hometown is small and lacking in great spas, and I’ve literally daydreamed about making the two-hour commute to Chicago for a day at the spa…. No family and work demands…just my deep and grateful sighs. ? Please enter me into the spa giveaway – between chasing after Piggy (who just turned 3!), working full time, and considering grad school, I am realizing that I have to fight for “me” time, and am actively working to claim my happiness. I adore your blog, and loved your video!
