My homette Chookooloonks put this on my radar, via Dooce.

Omar. Is. HILARIOUS!

From now on, whenever I use a makeup brush I will think of his special brush noise. And then I’ll get my brush on.

I hate to even speculate what it’d be like if my husband tried to do my makeup. Let’s just say, it wouldn’t be pretty. Omar actually did a pretty decent job! **insert brush noise here** LOL!

OMG, This is hilarious. I love Omar! He gave it a good try -- you have to give it to him for that. uhm....I don't think I'll be calling him for a makeover anytime soon, though! LOL Thanks for the laugh!

She actually looks nice before makeup and he didn't do a bad job at all. She looks nice even if he did use the wrong tools and applied the wrong makeup to different parts of her face. Cute!

Omar was doing his thing! The brush sound was fantastic. I think he should do makeup for a video or movie set. Great lip color.

They're absolutely adorable! He really didn't do a bad job for someone trying to do something he's never done before from memory. The color pairing issue probably has more to do with him being a man (e.g. they're all [color name] vs. being shades from a [color name] family) than anything else. I don't think my bf could do this because A. he always says I don't need makeup and B. letting him paint my toes didn't turn out so well.
