Hey bellas and fellas, I was honored beyond belief to be a guest on a special all-inauguration episode of NPR’s News and Notes today. The venerable Tony Cox hosted, and I shared the roundtable with Harry Allen of Media Assassin and Robert Redding of the Redding News Review.

    Some of the stuff looks tacky for sure. On the other hand, we all had the opportunity to make money at this time. I would have liked to see more tasteful products. Bottom line, though: these type of money making ventures are apart of America and we all have the choice what to buy. It’s a new day!

    The most appropriate item i’ve seen are the Obama Nikes–Air Force Ones of course.

    Hi! I really enjoyed the roundtable. I am glad that they touched on the fact that people are too casual with Mr. President Barack Obama. I know that people feel a sense of connection to him but he is still the President. I feel there is too much informality around his image and being. Everyone refers to him as Barack but I’ve not heard many people refer to former President Bush as George. I can’t really pinpoint the particular events or things that contribute to this though.
