Hey bellas! I’m officially living in the Windy City, and getting to know my way around town. And one of the very first things I’d like to do is get to know all of you! I’ll be attending the Blogging While Brown conference, and on Saturday June 20, two of the warmest, friendliest bloggers I know are throwing a Welcome to Chicago party for lil ol me!
Luvvie of Awesomely Luvvie and Karyn, AKA The Fab Giver have planned a lovely little get together at the chic Three Peas Art Lounge. There’ll be raffles, giveaways, food, a cash bar (with ridiculously delicious-sounding cocktails), and — I’m hoping — a decent turnout of fellow bloggers and fabulous Chicago bellas and fellas. That includes YOU!

There’s a $10 cost of admission, but 100% of the proceeds will go to the Chicago Women’s AIDS Project. I can’t think of a better way to meet my Chicago bellas! And oh yeah — you’re encouraged to rock red pumps, but if you’re not a high heel diva feel free to wear flats, kitten heels, or whatever you’ve got stashed in your closet!
