Shopaholics are SERIOUS about their business. When a hot store announces a sale, a dedicated shopaholic is the first one to tell all their friends. When an incredible new product launches, y’all are the first to know!

So my shopaholic bellas — put this on your radar. Tonight at 11 p.m. through 1 a.m. on 1/30 (and also 11am, 3pm, & 9pm ET that day), QVC is hosting Bare Escentuals sales and shows. Tune in, check em out, and shop it up!

But just in case you can’t wait and really-really want to get your BE on right this minute, I’ve got a giveaway for you! My first for the year!

a91341WinterEscapades

The Bare Minerals Buxom Babes Winter Escapades Lip Color 4 piece set is everything you need for your lips to look ultra luscious. Four colors — Holly, Merry, Hope, and Joy, go far beyond the holidays and add glitter and glamour to your look whenever you want it.

I’m new to the BE brand, even though I know so many women who refuse to leave the house without their Mineral Veil in place. First encounter with these lippies – entirely, overwhelmingly positive. They’re super shiny, not sticky or gloppy, ultra glittery (even the clear!) and go great on your lips solo, or layered over your favorite lip stick or pencil.

THREE lucky bellas will win an adorable box set of glosses. All you gotta do is comment below — January is officially over! What were your New Year’s Resolutions? Are you sticking to them so far?

(don’t worry, even if the answer is no, you can still win – I’m choosing winners at random!)

I’ll close these comments on Tuesday. Read below for QVC’s contest rules. Good luck, bellas!

OOOH I love Bare Escentuals, I have been using their mineral make up for a while now. I decided not to make any resolutions this year since I always end up breaking them by now (end of month). This I just said to my self, I would do what I love, do it well. I also said I would be healthier, doing what ever I thought that would be. So I have been going to gym and changing my eating habits. That makes it easier than saying I'm going on a diet to lose weight. I think that just puts pressure on yourself and when you don't reach you goals you feel worse.

I didn't make a new year's resolution but I did say to myself that I am not going to stress myself out over anything and I am going to just leave it in God's hands. What will be will be!!

Besides the normal want to lose weight resolution (I'm eating more veggies then anything else and working out twice a day), my big one was to learn Spanish this year. I really want to be multilingual and Spanish is the start to that. I'm listening to several different podcasts and searching out books to help me. The other biggie was to go back to school and I'm narrowing down my lists and being realistic on what will be the best situation for me. So...yeah, I'm sticking to them. :)

My resolution was to step up my get healthy campaign. I've got month by month goals and so far January has been great in excercising at minimum 4 days a week. The latter half was to work on the eating habits and that is going nicely. February is the 30 day shred. March is the 100 push up challenge and April is the Couch to 5K goal. I will be 40 this year and my mantra is 150 4 40 (150 lbs for 40 years) I can and will do it!

My resolution is to counter every negative emotion with a positive one. I wrote a sticky note with all the things I like about myself as well as the things others like about me, and when I'm feeling down, I pull out the list!

yes, I do. Eating healthy, make some more than necessary work place changes and put my deepest wish 1st. Feels strange sometimes but incredible good. Talk less, act more, rest more. Be more introspective. Findig my place of serenity and pay this place visits as often as I can. Grow more, worry les. I love this life.

This is the first year of many that I did NOT write resolutions. I think it's partially because I've gotten into the habit of writing down short term goals through-out the year. Anywho, to answer the question at hand... so far, I've been pretty good at achieving my short term goals. I find that if I set small attainable goals it's much easier to accomplish them!

the New Year brings new opportunities and new goals. My goal had been to find part time employment that is a better fit for me & my gifts & to piece together two pt jobs to help me transition towards retirement. Success is half realized - one new job began the first week of the New Year. The other hasn't been found. I keep bumping into age bias! But hey girl - thanks for the giveaway! I'm not a big maker of resolutions, but this year was different. I moved back to the US in September, after living 2 years abroad. I'd resolved back then to try to stay in the US, at least for a year, before possibly taking a long journey abroad, again. So my resolution was to pick a new city and state, to move to it, and to commence with newness in the new year. (Oh yeah I turned 40 back in September too. And seriously, most people think I'm in my mid-20s, if not younger.) So feeling good, I landed in the state of Arizona, after exhaustive internet research, and decided to stay. I moved into my apartment after a week's hotel stay and look-see. Happy 2010 all!

my news years resolution was to meet a new set of people who want to grow in God as strongly as i do. Im 23 so I was strongly depending on my faith that God would send me a whole new set of people. HE DID. I have a whole new set of sistahs that i could call on when life gets a little rough; and they say exactly would i need; not all the times what i want :-D but i feel God's spirit in them when they speak- beautiful group of sistahs.
