Is this the same product “African Pride” where the makers or owners (white owned company) tried to patent the title “African” for their use only? And claimed African-Americans/blacks had no right to use it. Many threated to sue them & they dropped it. AFRICAN ROYAL is a better product line because it is naturally made & has herbs (black owned & made in delaware state). Any well made/natural product can be made by anyone,BUT no one–but no one knows our hair like we do. Ms. AfroBella I hope you read this message. PLEASE STOP promoting this product if it is the same people—I believe it is the same people, they changed the covering of the product line & may have change addresses.

MS. AFROBELLA PLEASE READ THE COMMENTS BY JC. THANK YOU. Let me know what you think—the issue was in the papers/online about 4 or 5 yrs. ago I think. JC.

JC – read your comments. I’m doing research to find out if this is indeed the same company, but am coming up blank. If you have any more specific info other than “in the papers/online about 4 or 5 yrs. ago I think,” that would help. Can you send me a link to the article you’re referring to, so I can determine if this is a valid complaint or not?
